| Job Description |
The Admin & HR Manager is the overall in-charge of the Administration and Human Resources Department of the company. He is responsible for all administrative practices and Human Resources initiatives followed in the organization. The main job responsibilities are as follows:
- Setting up Plans and policies for the Admin / HR Department.
- Planning for assets of the organization.
- Setting Organization Charts and managing workflows of all Departments.
- Managing publicity and representing company.
- Managing foreign recruitments and selections.
- Enhancing Employees morale and motivation.
- Initiating security and safety measures.
- Ensuring corporate ethics and values being followed in the organization.
He will directly report to the General Manager of the Organization.
