Popup window is not opening

There are instances when you try clicking a link and your browser did not seem to redirect to another page, it may be possible that the page is trying to open a "popup window" and your browser (or another application or browser plugin) is preventing it from doing so.

On the case of the MTC website, almost all external links, including the Homy website, opens to a new window to prevent users from navigating away from the original page. These windows are typically called "popup windows" because of the way the page tends to “popup” in front of all the other existing applications. Some popup blockers, or even some browsers, tend to prevent a new window from being opened because some sites abuse this browser's feature to display advertisements or even just to annoy the user.

To prevent popup blockers from blocking external links, make sure that www.almotawa.com and www.homy.com.sa is included in the Allowed Sites list or by clicking the “Allow popups from this site” button in the toolbar (applicable only for some browsers).

Another possible reason why popups don't work in your browser is that your browser (or another application or plugins) is preventing the execution of server-side scripts. So, make sure that you browser supports client side scripting particularly Javascript.
