The site takes a long time to load
The length of time it takes for a site to load depends on many factors. These factors may include one or more of the following: internet connection speed, number of terminals sharing the connection, “size” of the site, computer speed and browser.
Almost all pages of the MTC site is optimized to load fast even on slow connections with the exception of a few such as the photo gallery. If you are experiencing very slow loading speed on your browser, you may try using Mozilla Firefox or Opera browser. If switching to another browser don’t work you may consider upgrading your internet connection or add more RAM to your computer.
The site doesn't seem to validate the login information I entered
If you try logging in using the correct user name and password and the site just returned you to the index page without any notice, it may be possible that your browser’s cookie is disabled. Check your browser’s configuration and enable the cookie setting then try logging in again.
My account logs out automatically after a few minutes
For security measures our developers set the maximum duration of browser's sessions to 30 minutes in order to prevent other people from using your account in case you forgot to log out before leaving your computer. If this happened, try logging in again.
External links are not loading
Make sure your browser supports javascript by going to your browser’s settings/configurations menu and activating it. Also, see if you have any pop up blocker installed. If this is the case set your pop up blocker’s setting to allow all pop ups from the MTC site.
