Account Recovery (Lost username and/or password)It is common for users to sometimes forget their password (or even their user name). In case of forgotten user name or password, the Account Recovery tool comes in handy. The Account Recovery tools lets users retrieve their lost account information by simply providing the email address that corresponds to their member account through the Account Recovery Form. Upon submitting, a copy of the username and new password will be sent to this email address containing the username and a new server-generated password.
The MTC site stores all critical information in our databases in encrypted form. MTC uses one-way encryption technology for maximum security of personal data which means that no one is able to decrypt all ciphered information including personnel from inside our company. This includes all passwords and similar information inside our databases. In case of lost passwords, our server generates another set of password for the user and sends the new password to the user’s email address corresponding to his MTC site’s account. Can I replace the server-generated password with a new one? Yes. After logging in, you can access access your Profile Page and replace the server-generated password with your desired password.
